Last updated August 2026. Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
If you fill out the contact form, we collect the name, business name, business type, email address, phone number (if you give one), and message you type into it. That’s all of it. We don’t ask for anything else and we don’t buy information about you from anyone.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, arrange the assessment call, and — if you become a client — to do the work you’ve hired us for. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t add you to a marketing list unless you specifically ask to be on one.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare’s storage service and emailed to us through an email delivery provider. Both are ordinary infrastructure services acting on our instructions. If you become a client, your details also sit in the normal business tools we use to run the engagement — email, calendar and documents.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There is no third-party script on any page — the fonts, styles and images are all served from this domain. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t turn into work are deleted within two years. Client records are kept as long as we need them for the engagement and for the tax and record-keeping periods that apply to us afterward.
What we never do
We don’t sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing. If a law or a court ever required us to disclose something, we’d comply — that’s the only exception.
Your choices
Email hello@bevelconsultingllc.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll do it within 30 days, and we won’t ask you why.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn’t directed at children and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
